7.7. Assigning Users to a Task

To assign a user to a task, you must first open the task.

To open a task and assign a user:

  1. Select a workflow from the Workflows list. The Workflow details and Tasks sections are displayed.

  2. Select a task name from the list. The Task details section is displayed.

  3. Under Assigned users, click Assign user. The Search to Add New Members section is displayed. Refer to Section 5.3 Searching for a Person or Group.

  4. When the matches are displayed, select the checkbox next to the person's name you want to assign as a user and click Add�Members. The Task details section is displayed.
