�2002�4�15日起，IBM公司在其 Professional Certification Program 认证系列中新增加了四门认证考试项目,它们分别是：

IBM Certified Specialist - IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer for Windows,V4.0.3（Test 157�
IBM Certified Solution Developer - IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer for Windows, V4.0.3
IBM Certified Specialist- IBM WebSphere Application Server, Advanced Single Server Edition for MultiplatFORMs, V4.0 ... WebSphere based （Test 158�
IBM Certified Enterprise Developer - IBM WebSphere Application Server, Advanced Single Server Edition for MultiplatFORMs, V4.0 ... WebSphere based
IBM Certified Specialist - IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer for Windows, V4.0.3 （Test 157�
这是一门门针对技术人员的认证考试，内容主要涉及应用开发服务的相关部分。包括应用开发的设计，实现，调试，优化以及如何发布基于J2EE的Web应用程序和Java程序。应用可能涉及Servlets，JavaServer Pages™; (JSP™;) ，HTML的开发，通常情况下，还会运用JavaBeans™; � Java Database Connectivity (JDBC™;)这些技术�

这门认证考试的内容涉及了商业分析，应用架构，应用集成等方面，包括了解基于Java2平台，包括Enterprise JavaBeans (EJBs) 和JavaServer Pages (JSPs)等在内的企业级组件的开发和维护，发布，配置；如何开发应用客户端来访问它们；如何在一个多层次架构的商业领域中用EJB和其他的企业级的软件组件进行应用集成，如何优化应用来提高应用的性能�

要获得这门认证，考生需要通过下面3门认证：
