A revision history as recorded in a revhistory
element often contains information that might be useful to a reader, but you may not want it presented on the title page where it can take up a lot of space.
You can still include your revhistory
but put it in a separate HTML chunk, with a link to it from the title page. You can do that by simply setting the generate.revhistory.link
parameter to 1 instead of the default zero.
This works for both the chunking and nonchunking HTML
stylesheets.
See Chapter 29, Revision control for more information about the revhistory
element.
