About

Mapbender is a GPL server side WebGIS client framework implemented in PHP. It is based on a user, WMS, WFS and GUI management and can be used as a framework to deploy geo portal software.

Most installations of Mapbender can be found in extensive intra- and extranet environments which have a need for multiple user interfaces and selective access. Mapbender is GNU/GPL'ed.

  • Nice step by step tutorial on setting up geoserver with mapbender anyone? Something with WFS-T would be nice, maybe even how to run it side by side with MapServer?
