connection validation failed event

Synopsis

glassfish:jdbc:connection-pool:connectionValidationFailedEvent(
java.lang.String poolName,
java.lang.String applicationName,
java.lang.String moduleName, 
int increment)

Description

This event is sent whenever validation of a connection in the JDBC connection pool fails.

Use this event to get the count of the number of connections in the connection pool that failed validation from the start time until the last sample time.

Parameters

poolName

The name of the JDBC connection pool that contains the connection that failed validation.

applicationName

The name of the application in which the connection pool is defined. This parameter is applicable only for application-scoped resources.

moduleName

The name of the application module in which the connection pool is defined. This parameter is applicable only for application-scoped resources.

increment

The number of connections that failed validation.
