14.16 slice2cs Command-Line Options

The Slice-to-C# compiler, slice2cs, offers the following command-line options in addition to the standard options described in Section 4.20:

• ‑‑tie

Generate tie classes (see Section 16.7).

• ‑‑impl

Generate sample implementation files. This option will not overwrite an existing file.

• ‑‑impl‑tie

Generate sample implementation files using ties (see Section 16.7). This option will not overwrite an existing file.

• ‑‑checksum

Generate checksums for Slice definitions.

• ‑‑stream

Generate streaming helper functions for Slice types (see Section 36.2).
