Academic Support

 

          Designed and delivered Blackboard training used to train over 500 faculty members at three campuses.

          Created support documents for use by employees learning Blackboard.  This involved both the modified of existing technical documents and development of original written materials.  These materials are available in both hard and electronic formats.  

          Provide technical troubleshooting support to over 1000 full and part-time faculty, administrative staff, and support staff at three campuses.

 

 

Technical Support

          Member of Seneca Portal Committee responsible for the design and implementation of portal upgrades

          Designed and implemented new modules for Seneca’s portal environment

          Co-Chair of Communications Committee:

o        Create and maintain semester based online newsletter

o        Communicate new upgrades and changes to Blackboard at Seneca College

o        Create a forum for sharing of best practices

          Responsible for coordination and communication of version upgrades
