It explains from the simplest installation methods intended for people reviewing Liferay to the most elaborate ones that will serve those wanting to install Liferay in servers. All Liferay supported servers and databases are covered.

Liferay version. This guide has been written for Liferay 4.3. Some details might be slightly different for previous 4.x versions. Do not expect it to be accurate for even older versions.
