Arguments: tab-control &key (width (default-tab-width (configuration *system*))) (height (default-tab-height (configuration *system*)))
Sets the pixel height for each row of tabs on tab-control, and sets the width for
a fixed-width tab-control. May be more efficient than changing the
width and height individually.
There is no way to set arbitrary tab sizes in the GTK tab-control, so this function will
simply invoke the *gtk-compatibility-warning-action*.
