Arguments: center-x center-y width height &key box
Returns a box whose center is at the position specified by center-x and center-y, and which has the specified width and height.
The box argument, if specified, should be
either a box (see make-box) or
nil. If a box, then that box is modified and
returned. Otherwise a new box is created and returned.
