Arguments: outline parent-item-if-any
This generic function is called whenever the order of a set of sibling
outline-items of
an outline has changed.
The built-in default method does nothing. An application could add a
method to reorder the domain data in a corresponding manner if needed.
parent-item-or-outline will be the parent
outline-item of the
reordered items unless they are top-level items, in which case it will
be the outline widget
itself.
