Configure you own tomcat/liferay for OX applications
How to configure a liferay/tomcat in order to run OX application in it.
There are a few steps to do before you can run OX applications
- First of all you have to install Liferay.
- After this is done copy the files
{OX}/portal/common/lib/ejb.jar
{OX}/portal/common/lib/hsqldb.jar
{OX}/portal/common/lib/jta.jar
to the {LR}/common/lib folder.
{OX}/portal/data/openxava-db.script
{OX}/portal/data/openxava-db.properties
to the {LR}/data folder
- Edit the {LR}/conf/context.xml and add
<Resource name="jdbc/OpenXavaDS" auth="Container" type="javax.sql.DataSource"
maxActive="20" maxIdle="5" maxWait="10000"
username="sa" password="" driverClassName="org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver"
url="jdbc:hsqldb:file:../data/openxava-db"/>
In this file you have to make the entries for your own application.
When all steps are done your own applications should run.
Have fun. :)
