gmp_sign — Sign of number

aYa resource türünde bir GMP sayısı ya da sonradan bir sayıyı dönüştürülmesi mümkün bir sayısal dizge olabilir.
Returns 1 if a is positive,
-1 if a is negative,
and 0 if a is zero.
