Description

This package is not documented yet.

Parameter

PEAR_Config &$config

Configuration object

array $options

options passed to commands like install/download. The only option that affects PEAR_REST is offline, which causes all retrievals to look in the local cache without trying to retrieve a remote resource.

Note

This function can not be called statically.
