特定のアクションを起動する submit ボタン (もしくは <input type="image"> コントロール) の名前を返します。これは以下のようなことを意味します。 buildForm() メソッド内で

のように使用し、このボタンを用いてフォームを送信した際には
'foo' ハンドラ

がコールされるということです。

例外はスローされません。
