Decrypts data using the AES Algorithm using the mCrypt extension

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
$encryptedData	string	The encrypted data in binary format
$decryptionKey	string	The decryption key
$iv_length	integer	The IV length to use

string	the decrypted data with any terminating nulls removed
