10.1. Adding WAF Applications

In order to add an application to an existing development system, do the following:

1. Install the RPM or ZIP package for the new application as specified in Section 9.1.2 Installing Application Packages.

2. Stop the front end server.

3. Load and configure the new application as specified in Section 9.2 Configuring and Loading the Primary Application Instance. Begin with the update of project.xml to include your new application (as the earlier start up steps are not needed for an already-running server).

4. Restart the front end server.
