I. Slonik Meta Commands

The following commands may be used to somewhat abstract the definitions of components of Slonik scripts; SLONIK INCLUDE grouping configuration into central files that may be reused, and SLONIK DEFINE allowing mnemonic identifiers to replace cryptic numeric object IDs.
