The Symbian OS Installation System provides a simple and consistent way of
installing applications, data, or configuration information to Symbian OS
phones. End users install components packaged in Symbian OS Installation
(.sis) files.
This section describes the tools that enable developers to create
installation files. It also describes some buildable example installation
files,
examples\HelloWorld\HelloWorld.pkg and
examples\ToolsAndUtilities\Localise\HelloWorld.pkg.
