Question: What is the \epoc32\data directory for? What can I put in the system.ini file?
Answer: The \epoc32\data directory contains configuration files used by the WINS emulation, for example the background bitmap in the
WINS window.
The system.ini file controls aspects of the "hardware" of the emulated machine such as the screen size and the amount of
memory. See for more details of things you can control using system.ini.
It is not related to the EPOC32 system.ini file used by the shell etc: that file will be stored in the emulated filesystem.
The EPOC32 system.ini file lives in "c:\System\System.ini", which translates to \epoc32\wins\C\System\System.ini in the Windows
filesystem.
