Question: I have code which uses TLocale functionality and I'd like to test it on WINS without having to add lots of locale adjusting code. Is there an equivalent of the World app for WINS, or an INI file somewhere that I could edit?
Answer: WINS takes its locale information from the supporting Windows environment, so you need to use the Windows control panels to
change locale specific settings.
To change the time zone and specify daylight saving use the "Date/Time" Control Panel. To change time/date/currency formats etc use the "Regional Settings" Control Panel (Win NT)
