Flags returned from DNS records.

Provides flag bitmasks that are used to describe properties of results of DNS queries via RHostResolver.

`EDnsAlias`	Name is an Alias.
`EDnsAuthoritive`	Answer is authoritive.
`EDnsHostsFile`	Answer is from hosts file.
`EDnsServer`	Answer is from a DNS server.
`EDnsHostName`	Answer is host name for this host.
`EDnsCache`	Answer is from the resolver cache.
`EDnsNoRoute`	Answer does not have a route set
