New component flags

Two existing components have flags that enable the touch functionality in these components: CEikListBox and CEikDialog.

• New flags in CEikListBox
  CEikListBox has two new flags that have to be set for every list or grid that needs specific touch-related functionality.
• New flags in CEikDialog
  CEikDialog has one touch-related flag: EEikDialogFlagCloseDialogWhenTapped.
