Overview of the CS Help compiler user interface

The CS Help compiler UI requires the entry of project details to build Help files.

File: project file handling, see How to create, load and save projects

Action: help file viewing and generation, see How to compile help files.

Advanced: advanced folder and editing settings, see How to select separate headers folders, and How to edit the customisation file.

Quick access to selected commands: New project, Open project, Save project, Close project, View help project, Build help project, Refresh display.

Use the dialog tabs to set the details of your project and the files that the CS Help compiler should generate:

• Project: the UID for the project, the location for the compiled Help file and its header file and the customisation file, see How to use the Project tab

• RTF Files: creates and edits topics as .rtf files using Microsoft Word, see How to use the RTF Files tab

• Graphics Files: adds a graphic in the body of the text of a Help file.
