The use of the * signing directive in PKG files is
deprecated from v9.1 onwards. If it is used,
MakeSIS/CreateSIS will issue a warning, and it will
be ignored. To sign SIS files, use SignSIS, or
CreateSIS with appropriate command line arguments.
