Removal of installed MIDlets

Installed MIDlets appear as installed and removable components under the standard Symbian OS Add/Remove control panel item. Through this, users can remove the whole MIDlet suite.

Removing the MIDlet suite removes:

• All MIDlets and associated files (including the JAD and JAR files).

• Any persistent storage files.

If the MIDlet's JAD contains the MIDlet-Delete-Confirm attribute, then the value of this attribute is displayed when the user attempts to uninstall the file.
