All emails copied or moved into a local folder are always marked as complete because the SMTP MTM is only able to download a complete message from the remote server. Email messages in the remote inbox are marked as incomplete by default, since no email body data has been downloaded into the message. In disconnected mode, a message will be marked complete if the user has requested the SMTP client to populate a message in the remote inbox. |
