The Bluetooth Manager Component is comprised of two APIs, they are: the Bluetooth Manager API and the Bluetooth Device API.

Any device can be stored once, at most, on the registry.

Applications may want to read a device from the registry to determine its device class.

Provides access to the Bluetooth Registery.
