1100 to 1199 reserved for RPositionerRPositioner requests 1600 to 1699 reserved for RPositionerRPositioner cancel requests
EPositionerCustomIpcOffset (IPC_LOCATION_START + 200)
1200 to 1499 reserved for 3rd party extensions to the LBS API. 1700 to 1999 reserved for 3rd party cancel requests. All extensions implemented by 3rd parties should be implemented in this range.
