Click Places → Connect to Server....

From Service Type choose Windows Share.

Enter the server address in Server.

Enter Port and Folder and Domain if you need to, this is optional.

Enter Username. You can enter a domain and username in the format DOMAIN\username.

If you want a bookmark, click the checkbox and enter a bookmark name.

Click Connect.

You will be prompted for a password if necessary.
