This web server uses JPEG or PNG images exclusively. That penguin image
is a transparent PNG that happens to use blue as the color surrounding
the actual bird. If you can see a deep blue around it, your browser's
transparency rendering is broken.
Proper PNG rendering will yield a bird surrounded by the background color of the page.
