7.9. Adding a Role to a Task

To add a role to a task, you must first open the task.

To open a task and add a role:

  1. Select a workflow from the Workflows list. The Workflow details and Tasks sections are displayed.

  2. Select a task name from the list. The Task details section is displayed. Refer to Figure 7-5.

  3. Click Add role. The Task roles section is displayed.

  4. Select the roles that you want to assign to this task. You can select more than one role.

  5. Click Finish to save your entries.
