C.1.17 AWS Changes

The trigger system in AWS has changed. The trigger callback function now has an additional `unsigned long' parameter like this:

static void TriggerFunc (unsigned long, intptr_t, iAwsSource*);

This extra parameter is the id of the given trigger name as returned by the standard string set (`crystalspace.shared.stringset').
