SVG is another vector graphic format that is gaining support in HTML browsers, and is suitable for print output. See the section “SVG images” for more information. Most XSL-FO processors support SVG and can produce high quality typesetting of mathematics. At this time, though, only a few HTML browsers support SVG directly, but a SVG browser plugin is available. You still may need to provide a bitmap version for those users without the plugin.
