By default, the installer runs as a Java swing GUI. In this mode, you have full control over what is installed on your local machine.

To install Celtix Enterprise using the GUI mode do the following:
Start the installer by entering the following command:
celtix-1.1-enterprise-Windows.exe

Click to by-pass the introduction screen.
Read the License Agreement.
Select if you want to accept the license agreement.

Enter the top-level directory for your installation.

Select the component set you wish to install.

| Celtix Enterprise Runtime Install | Installs everything but the Eclipse based GUI tools. The command line tools provided as part of Celtix Advanced Service Engine are still installed with this option. |
| Custom | Installs the components you choose. |

If you selected one of the predefined component sets skip to Step 15.
For a custom installation, unselect any components you do not wish to install by removing the check next to them.

Choose a JDK for use by Celtix Enterprise.
If the desired JDK is not on the list you can do one of the following:
Click the button to scan your computer for installed JREs.
Click the button to find the desired JDK using the system's file explorer.
Click .
Check the installation summary.
If the summary is correct, click .

Choose if you want the installer to save the selected options in a properties file.
The properties file can be used to perform identical installations on other machines. It is most useful when doing silent installs. See Installing Celtix Enterprise in Silent Mode.

If you choose to save the installer properties, enter a name for the properties file and click .
Click .
Click to complete the installation.
