Arguments: object-editor
Returns the height in pixels of the all-instances table of an object-editor dialog, if there is
one. The value may be set at creation time with the
layout-all-instances-table-height initarg, or any
time later by calling (setf
layout-all-instances-table-height). This value is used only
when the all-instances table is created. See include-table-of-all-instances.
