Arguments: chart-or-plot
Returns the value of the margin-below-title property of
a chart-or-plot. The value
may be set at creation time by passing
the :margin-below-title initarg, or any time later
by calling (setf margin-below-title).
The distance, measured in pixels, between the main title (if any) of a
chart-or-plot and
everything else. The value should be a non-negative integer. The
default value is 4.
