Arguments: chart-or-plot
Returns the value of the margin-outer-left property of
a chart-or-plot. The value
may be set at creation time by passing
the :margin-outer-left initarg, or any time later
by calling (setf margin-outer-left).
margin-outer-left is the
distance, measured in pixels, between the outer left edge of a
chart-or-plot and anything
that is drawn in the widget. The value should be a non-negative
integer. The default value is 6.
