Arguments: outline-pixmap-interface
Returns (or sets with setf) the symbol name of the pixmap instance used
in outline to indicate an outline-item is expanded. When setting this
value, use a pixmap which has been placed in the set of cached pixmaps
with
cache-pixmap.
opened-pixmap-name is a property of
the outline-item, outline, and dropping-outline classes.
