Arguments: chart-widget
Returns the value of the scrolled-to-end property of
a chart-widget. The value
may be set at creation time by passing
the :scrolled-to-end initarg, or any time later by
calling (setf
scrolled-to-end).
scrolled-to-end is a
boolean value indicating whether the item-axis of a
chart-widget is
currently scrolled to show the items with the highest indices (which
typically were added most recently).
