Arguments: configuration
Returns the value of the min-pixels-between-widgets property
of configuration. The current development configuration is the value of
(configuration *ide-system*) (see configuration and *ide-system*). This
property determines the minimum allowable distance between components
on a dialog. It is ignored if the allow-component-overlap property is
true.
