The wsSOAPClient tool is a transport independent SOAP client. It is used to send SOAP doc/lit messages and SOAP RPC messages if the message body conforms to SOAP RPC encoding rules. Prior to issuing a SOAP message with the wsSOAPClient construct a SOAP message using the various message construction services listed below.
