The formURIDecode accessor is exported by the urn:org:ten60:netkernel:ext:sys module. Import this module to gain access to the accessor.

Purpose

The formURIDecode accessor converts a parameter encoded as MIME media type application/x-www-form-urlencoded into an XML fragment in the form of a name value pair list. This is useful when working with web form submissions and displays.

The name value pair XML fragment is provided as the operand and the encoded result is delivered to the target argument.

We need a discussion of, or reference to, the name-value pair XML fragment format. It would also be nice to have a reference to the encoded form or an example.
