2.5. Character Statistics

2.5.1. Physical Stats

Strength (STR)

Measures the muscular power of your body. It's useful to increase damage dealt in combat, to lift heavy objects and to break things.

Endurance (END)

Expresses the general health of your body. Resistance to cold, heat and illness. Affects the speed of regeneration of wounds.

Agility (AGR)

This represents your ability to control your body movement: it's a mix of balance and precision. It's used to perform complex tasks such as climbing walls, walking on ropes, dodging hits in combat, etc.

2.5.2. Mental Stats

Intelligence (INT)

Indicates how quickly you can solve a riddle, make complex calculations and make logical connections between your past experience and the current situation to find a solution. It's used in casting spells of the Blue and Brown Ways.

Will (WIL)

Will expresses your skill on all non-rational mental abilities like intuition and wisdom. This also represents your determination in completing tasks and reaching your goals. It's used in casting spells of the Azure and Red Ways.

Charisma (CHA)

Represents the ability to convince an audience of your ideas, to lead your soldiers in battle or to attract followers. It's used in casting spells of the Crystal and Dark Ways.

2.5.3. Hit Points

Hit Points are calculated with a formula that involves strength, agility and endurance - endurance being the greatest factor. A character can increase his or her Hit Points by training in the skill of Body Development.

2.5.4. Mana Points

Mana Points are the sum of all the bonuses given by your character's mental stats. Intelligence, will and charisma all influence that number in an equal way.

2.5.5. Fatigue

Fatigue measures your exhaustion after continual running and fighting. To recover from fatigue, your character needs to rest.

Your character has an amount of physical stamina based on his or her strength, endurance and agility, and a mental stamina based on intelligence, will and charisma. When performing certain actions like running, jumping or fighting some physical stamina will be used. Casting spells will use mental stamina.

Each race has slightly different rates of consumption of physical and mental stamina, so some races may have more physical endurance while others may have more mental endurance.
