After installing and updating, you need to run the PlaneShift configuration. The configuration program allows you to specify your sound and video preferences and hardware compatibility. If you do not configure PlaneShift properly, you may have problems trying to play the game. The setup program also allows you to choose a custom GUI skin for the PlaneShift interface. Click Skins to make your choice. From your Start Menu, click PlaneShift Crystal Blue, then click PlaneShift Setup. Specify the graphics and sound settings that you prefer and then press OK.
