Detailed Description

The DelayedWaitDialog class provides a small dialog that can be used to notify the user that the system is busy.

While the user is waiting the dialog shows an icon animation.

This class is part of the Qt Extended server and cannot be used by other applications. Any server component that uses this dialog should create an instance via UIFactory::createDialog().

DelayedWaitDialog::DelayedWaitDialog ( QWidget * parent = 0, Qt::WFlags flags = 0 )

Constructs a DelayedWaitDialog instance with the given parent and flags.

DelayedWaitDialog::~DelayedWaitDialog ()

Destroys the DelayedWaitDialog instance.

void DelayedWaitDialog::setDelay ( int ms )

Once show() was called the dialog will appear after ms milliseconds delay. The default delay is zero ms. This function is marked as invokable and can be called via QMetaObject::invokeMethod().

void DelayedWaitDialog::setText ( const QString & text )

In addition to an icon animation the dialog will show text. This function is marked as invokable and can be called via QMetaObject::invokeMethod().
