Description

Supplies values for bitmasks that allows the rapid setting or clearing of a number of TMsvEntry fields.

The fields that can be manipulated are:

1. PC synchronisation

2. Visibility flag

3. Read flag

4. In-preparation flag

5. Connected flag

6. Pending deletion flag.

7. New flag
