Question:
How can I run an EPOCEXE file in the emulator?

Answer:
There are two ways to do this:

navigate to and select the EPOCEXE file in the file system, then click on it to run it.

make it look like an application. Copy MyEpocExe.Dll into system\apps\MyEpocExe directory. Rename this file to "MyEpocExe.app". The icon will appear on the emulator, and a single tap will launch it. This is particularly useful for the UIQ emulator where a shell application doesn't exist.
