Question:
Symbian OS phones typically go into a low power mode after a period of user inactivity, there may be scenerios where this is undesirable.

Answer:
To keep the phone from going into a lower power mode, for example to prevent the screen saver from becoming active after a period of inactivity use the User::ResetInactivityTime() call to reset all user inactivity timers.
