Question:
The application passes the tests on the phone I bought some time ago. Do I need to get it re-imaged and test on the latest version of firmware before I submit my application.

Answer:
It is a expected that you will test your application on the most recent firmware available prior to submission.

If the test house fails your application on the most recent firmware version, you will be required to re-submit the application even if it passes on an older firmware version.

Note, the seller of your phone should be able to either re-image your phone to the latest version of the firmware, or direct you to the appropriate service centre.
